Many arc flash labeling projects are completed with die-cut, pre-sized labels. Die-cut labels, such as our popular ISS4AFR Red 4in x 6in labels , come on a roll with a pre-defined number of labels per roll. Every label produced with ISS4AFR must be exactly 4in x 6in in size. For many arc flash labeling projects, this is absolutely fine.

Occasionally, our customers have an arc flash labeling project with multiple labels sizes, or non-standard label size requirements. For example, a single job might required both 4in x 4in arc flash labels, and 4in x 6in labels. Another example would be an arc flash labeling job that required 4in x 5.5in labels, a non-standard size.

Each roll of our continuous stripe stocks are made with SafetyPro Premium Vinyl labeling tape, and SafetyPro full resin inks, for maximum durability and label life.

Printing with SafetyPro continuous stocks is easy, and compatible with SKM, Etap, EasyPower, and more. Simply create your label to match the loaded material height, using any width you require, and print. The label will be cut automatically to the correct length, just as with our Premium Vinyl label stock. Remember to include your header word (in the case of the TS4AFRC red stripe, you would generally use the DANGER level) with your print.
