Portland, OR - Industrial Safety Solutions (ISS) has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) contract for their SafetyPro line of vinyl labeling equipment and supplies. With the award of this GSA contract, ISS will be able to immediately offer significantly discounted contract rates to all federally funded entities.
The GSA is a U.S. federal government agency that assists with procurement for other government or government funded bodies. The GSA maintains a database of pre-negotiated contracts, which lifts the burden of negotiating contracts and forming legal agreements with each and every government agency.
Joe Lyman, GSA Contract Manager at ISS, notes that, “It isn’t easy to get a GSA contract with the federal government, but we’re glad we went through the process. With this new contract in place, we’ll be able to better serve government, military and private-sector contractors across the board.”
Surprisingly, not all federally funded entities know they are eligible for GSA discounts. Gere Trissler, Sales Manager at ISS, points out that, “there are literally thousands of qualified contractors out there. Anyone that is funded by the federal government can get a GSA rate. This also includes every branch of our military.”
GSA pricing is available on the ISS SafetyPro line, which is compatible with the DuraLabel line. ISS offers the best GSA government price for SafetyPro and DuraLabel owners. Their SafetyPro products are used around the global for regulatory compliance labeling, general safety labeling, arc flash labeling, pipe marking, and more.
